Services This page will inform you on the various types of services that Primavera can provide. Please contact us when you are ready to describe the service you need or otherwise, if you have any questions, we are ready to advise you. Three categories of service can be offered here:
To receive information you should go first to our information centre (will be filled soon) and follow the instruction. If the requested information is not available on-line you can send us an e-mail specifying your wishes. If you have a problem but you don't know where to find help you can contact us as well. In this case we will forward your question to the "right" expert and find out how to help you. This service is for members only. The third category needs detailed analysis of your problem. If you contact us we will find an agreement how to proceed (email/phone/meeting or whatever) and provide an offer. In this case as well, you should think about joining us and become a supporting member. |
